With over 30 years' management experience, Khaled has held senior roles at Sharm Dreams Holding, Serenity Hotels & Resorts, and Jaz Hotels & Resorts, as well as over 13 years with Marriott International. His expertise spans food & beverage operations, P&L optimization, strategic planning, and multi-site leadership.

As Chief Operating Officer of Sharm Dreams Holding, he drives operational excellence and business strategy for the group. Previously, as CEO of Serenity Hotels & Resorts Egypt, he consistently led teams to deliver superior results.

Khaled's impact includes managing complex operations, launching and turning around hotels, raising service standards, and driving growth in locations across the Red Sea, Hurghada, South Sinai, and beyond.
