Technology leader with over 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure, hotel systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Since 2007, he has led the IT function for Sharm Dreams Group, overseeing the deployment and integration of enterprise-level systems across multiple hotel properties.

Played a key role in implementing core platforms, ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure aligned with operational needs. Haytham has a proven track record in supporting pre-opening setups, multi-property integrations, and systems governance. His extensive experience includes managing global hotel brands like Hilton and Marriott.

Before his tenure at Sharm Dreams Group, Haytham held technical leadership roles at Leaders Co., Office Automation, and Bana Co., gaining deep hands-on expertise in systems development, vendor management, CCTV, and network security.

Holds a bachelor's degree in computer programming and is fluent in Arabic and English. Haytham is recognized for his strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to advancing technology in hospitality environments.
